A woman died after being hit by a train near Mahadevshal Dham railway station in Goilkera on Sunday. The woman has not been identified at this time. Pooja material, Lota, and some flowers were found scattered near the deceased.
It is feared that the woman was walking to the temple for worship across the railway tracks and had to get caught by the train.
The dead body of the woman was lying near pillar number 348/3-5 between Goilkera Mahadevshal. During the patrol, the railway staff saw the dead body, after which they were informed at the station. The police are yet to find the identity of the woman.
